In these instances, we do not have any control over how your personal information may be handled by the third party. Thus, their respective privacy policies and practices will apply. Any concerns or questions you may have on their privacy practices will have to be addressed directly with them.

Your personal information, dose schedule, and dose adherence information will only be shared with a support contact if you authorize a support contact to receive such information. You can revoke a support contact’s access at any time. If you choose to revoke a support contact’s access, we will no longer share your personal information with that support contact, however we do not have control over any personal information that the support contact may have retained prior to their access being revoked.

Bridge Health Solutions may share anonymized aggregated data with authorized third parties for research and analytical purposes, to allow such parties to assess the quality and/or usefulness of our products and services. We will never disclose anonymized aggregated data to third parties in a manner that would identify you as an individual. We will also never share your prescription or health data with a third party for marketing purposes.
