What information we collect?


We control all the information we collect from you to enable us to provide our products and services to you. We collect information from you when you use our websites, register to use our product, submit an inquiry related to our product or service,  seek technical support, or subscribe to our newsletter When inquiring or registering on our websites, as appropriate, you may be asked to provide information necessary to operate our websites, product, service or software. We may also collect information from you when you interact with Bridge Health Solutions through a pharmacy, business customer, sales associate, supplier, or business partner of Bridge Health Solutions.  


We may collect information such as, but not limited to:

  • Product usage information such as a dose regimen

In instances where you consent to having your dose schedule and adherence information shared with an authorized support contact, we may collect information such as, but not limited to the support contact’s:

Bridge Health Solutions will not knowingly or intentionally collect the personal information of persons under the age of 18.


What do we use your information for?


We will only use your personal information to fulfill the following purposes and/or the purposes identified at the time of collection (or for purposes reasonably related to those identified purposes). Your personal information may be used to provide our products and services, to improve and develop our products and services, and to market our products and services including without limitation:


  • to set up your dispenser and dosing schedule

  • to provide scheduled dose notifications

  • to provide alerts concerning product usage

  • to generate adherence reports

  • for email marketing purposes or to receive newsletters. Please note that you have the option to opt-out from receiving such marketing materials or newsletters

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Particularly, your information may be shared with authorized pharmacists, healthcare practitioners, or support contacts to monitor dose adherence. Your personal information may also be shared with your pharmacy to the extent necessary to set up your dispenser, provide technical support, or to complete a refill or with your support contact, or a healthcare practitioner. In these instances, we do not have any control over how your personal information may be handled by the third party. Thus, their respective privacy policies and practices will apply. Any concerns or questions you may have on their privacy practices will have to be addressed directly with them.


Your personal information, dose schedule, and dose adherence information will only be shared with a support contact if you authorize a support contact to receive such information. You can revoke a support contact’s access at any time. If you choose to revoke a support contact’s access, we will no longer share your personal information with that support contact, however we do not have control over any personal information that the support contact may have retained prior to their access being revoked.


Bridge Health Solutions may share anonymized aggregated data with authorized third parties for research and analytical purposes, to allow such parties to assess the quality and/or usefulness of our products and services. We will never disclose anonymized aggregated data to third parties in a manner that would identify you as an individual. We will also never share your prescription or health data with a third party for marketing purposes.


We may use a third party to help deliver our website and/or service. In such an instance and to the extent necessary, we may share your information with a third-party affiliate or sub-contractor to help facilitate the delivery of our products and services to you. As these third-party affiliates and sub-contractors have their own privacy policies and practices, any personal information shared with such third parties to enable them to deliver our products and services to you or for your benefit will be handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies and practices. Location of service


Bridge Health Solutions is located in Canada, but we may use service providers that are located outside Canada.
